Sift dry ingredients together.
Work in butter with a fork until lumpy.
Add milk and mix with a fork until a rough ball forms.
Floured worktop: shape into a 1" high rectangle, fold, re-shape, fold again.
Let rest covered for 30 minutes.
Pat the rectangle until it's about 10 x 6. Take a floured-rimmed glass and cut
out the biscuits. Do no twist. clean cut.
Greased baking sheet @ 425F for 10-15 minutes.
