Preparation

Mix yeast with water

Mix yoghurt with boiling water, wait until 105-115F

Add 3 cups flour, make a sponge, 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with oil and salt, stir.

Machine mix remaining flour (2 ½ cups) or as needed.

Rise 1 hour.

Grill: 450F.

Cut into 6 pieces or more, flatten, sprinkle with seeds .. a drab of EVOO.

Let rise 10 minutes, bake.
