greased sheet pan, sprinkle corn meal

mix yeast, water, 1 tbsp sugar.
Add molasses, honey, sugar, shortening, salt and orange.
Stir in rye flour, then white flour as needed.
Rise 1 - 1 1/2 hours or till double.

Two rounds - on greased sheet, rise again 1 hour.

Bake 375 30 - 40 minutes, till brown.
