Ingredients

Preparation

Water, yeast, 2 cups of flour; sponge. 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Mix with remaining (3 ½ cups) flour, salt.
Rise till double; 1-3 hours.
Grill, tiles, preheat 450F.

Cut dough into 4 (or 8) pieces.
Let rise 30 minutes, covered.

Stretch out to snowshoe size, make indentations with fingers, add some seeds.

Grill 3-4 minutes.

Brush on some olive oil.
