Yeast in warm water.
Add oil, hot water, and other ingredients, and lastly finally, the yeast mixture in mixer bowl.

Sift the flours together, add to mixer (not all) , let rise doubled, 2 hours.
Divide in loaves, corn meal, silpat, let rise till almost doubled.
Egg wash (if you like) or spray with water
Bake 350 for 40-50 minutes.
