 Mix all. Should be moist. Adjust.

Cut into 8 balls.

rest for 15 minutes, covered.

roll into 6-7 " rounds

cast iron skillet:
45 seconds,side A , a bit of browning
20 seconds side B

Store in a zip lock bag to keep moist.
