Marinate chicken overnight.

Mix yeast with water
Mix yoghurt with boiling water, wait until 105-115F.
Add 3 cups flour, make a sponge, 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with oil and salt, stir.

Machine mix remaining flour (2 ½ cups) or as needed.

Rise 1 hour.

Grill: 450F.
