Preparation

Boil wine with sugar, let cook for 5 minutes.

Add fruit, simmer 15 minutes, stirring.

Remove from pan, add spirits and lemon juice.

Let chill in fridge.

Puree in batches in blender, strain thru a colander, pushing a spoon against the solids.

Discard solids, process as normal.
