Ingredients

• 1 Quart fresh berries.
• 1/3 cup superfine sugar
• 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
• ½ cup non-fat yoghurt

Preparation

Puree berries in a processor.
Add sugar and juice, process.
Add yoghurt, process.
Cover and chill.
Use ice cream maker’s instructions.
