In a large heavy skillet, heat olive oil, add garlic & chile peppers over
high heat till dark brown. Add anchovies, stirring until disolved.
Add herbs, stir.
Add tomatoes and peppers. let cook 2-3 minutes, stirring.
Add squid and stir for 2-3 minutes more.
Add lime juice and wine. 2 minutes.
Add nuts. Stir 2-3 minutes.
Add pepper to taste.
REMOVE FROM HEAT
Drain penne - put in 14 inch casserole pan.
Pour squid mixture on top.
Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese on top
Broil at 400 degrees till bread/cheese are brown.

Simply serve squid over fresh cooked pasta.
