Puree Feta, oil, lemon juice, pepper in a food processor, till smooth. Bowl,
cover, put in fridge 2-8 hours.
Tomatoes, garlic, mint, 4 tbsp oil, salt, pepper, let rest at room temp for an
hour.
Blanch favas, add to sauce.
Cook pasta, add remaining 2 tbsp. Oil , add to sauce. Add whipped feta.
Serve.
