Plump raisins in boiling water, 10 minutes, Drain

Heat evoo, onion, 10 minutes.
Add garlic 1 minute, remove pan.
Dry pan, put rinsed spinach , cover, cook 2 minutes till bright green and
wilted.
Drain, press out water, cool, chop coarse (baby spinach don’t chop).
Add spinach, raisins, nuts back with the onions, med heat, stir 2 minutes.
Season.
