Soak beans overnight

Heat oil; add onion, leek, and 1 clove garlic. Sautee until tender.

Drain beans; add to pot, 2 Qts water, remaining garlic, potato, thyme, bay leaf.

 Bring to a boil, cover, simmer 1 ½ - 2 hours. Add salt to taste. Remove bay leaf.

Puree in a blender.

Return to pot, add in the milk. Thin with more milk if needed. Heat,

Add pepper. Add lemon juice, parsley.
