Preheat oven to 350◦

Oil a soufflé pan

Set aside 2 cups of the corn.

Puree remaining corn with milk and garlic.

Beat eggs, salt and pepper. Stir in corn and cilantro.

Place pan in another pan ½ way filled with water.

Bake 1 hour until top is brown.
